convenient location helpful staff needed equipment
The location is very convenient. I could easily access the train station and the mall. The room included everything I needed. The staff members were helpful and efficient.
The air conditioning was slightly difficult to adjust.

Really good Stay, Loved Every Detail!
fast lifts refreshing drinks attentive staff
The lifts are a wow factor, really fast. The lobby features cute with refreshing drinks on tap. The staff was caring and thoughtful, especially Jinelle at Reception and Sanilla. The gentleman and young lady at the swimming pool were very helpful and attentive to requests.
I found the parking situation to be an absolute joke, especially with the area around front door being stuffed with parked cars. It really was not inviting.

The hotel boasts tram and bus services conveniently located across the road. Public transportation provides direct access to the city center. The world-renowned library sits opposite of the hotel. It is a beautiful place.

helpful staff omelette station clean hotel onsite parking
The staff were helpful and attentive. I especially liked the omelette station at breakfast with freshly cooked omelettes. The hotel was very clean and well-kept . The onsite parking was very convenient as well.
The room decor felt slightly dated.

great respite vast selection constant care
the king room offered a great respite with good city views. breakfast became a cherished morning ritual with its vast selection of foods. attentive staff showed constant care to my needs, particularly vinay, who ensured every detail was perfect!
The gym equipment looked slightly dated. Certain machines could use an update, though it did not significantly detract from my stay.

The hotel is ideally situated near brindley place. The area includes several shops and restaurants, all within easy walking distance. the utilita arena is also very close, allowing convenient access for shows and events. this location was perfect!
